Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Deprecated

Dynamics 365 On-Premises
The re-branding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to 365 for on-premises deployments has arrived. This is in the guise of the "December 2016 update for Dynamics 365 (On-Premises)" which you can download from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54515 Although it sounds like a new version, the December 2016 update is not a new version.
