ADX Studio on-premises versions are no longer supported by Microsoft.


Adxstudio portals version 7.0.0018 to 7.0.0022

  • are supported by pay per incident processes

  • can be installed on Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-premises versions 2015 and 2016 and CRM Online

  • Trial keys are no longer issues


Adxstudio portals version 8.x and later

At the time of writing (according to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3165165):


  • Adxstudio version 8.x is only available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Online with Update 1 as an optional portal add-on..

  • Support is availble through the related CRM Online support contract.

  • Pricing is a monthly fee per portal with an opion to pay for additional portal page views
