Checking buttons on the command bar

This Microsoft article describes a way to check if a button is hidden on the command bar because of a rule.

To perform the check, append @ribbondebug=true to the Dynamics 365 URL.

Then when the record loads you'll see a command called Command Checker on the command bar. You might need to click into the More commands icon to see the new command.
