Items missing from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 introduced a user interface that is quite different from earlier versions. This interface works across many platforms and is responsive. To achieve this buttons that appeared in earlier versions no longer show and other items have gone missing too.

• Run Report

• Copy Link

• File Properties

• Save and New

• Save

Other items not shown (by default)

• More Addresses navigation (add back navigation link in a form)

• Address Name field on Account and Contact form (this field is needed for Lookup Addresses on Quotes, Orders and Invoices)
