Sending Direct E-mail to members of a marketing list

In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, there is no obvious way in the application to send direct e-mail to members of a marketing list.

Here is a way of doing just that:

• Open the Marketing list.

• Click on Marketing List Members

• Click on Manage Members

• Click on Use Advanced Find to evaluate members and then click on OK

• In the Manage Members/Advanced Find windows click on Find (do not make any changes in Select).

• In the list that appears, send direct e-mail is available.
